Recent weddings
I grew up on a working cattle ranch on California's Central Coast, so I'm no stranger to a little chaos, long days, or figuring things out as we go.
These days, I'm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, photographing weddings, people, horses, and the stories worth holding onto. Between weddings you'll find me at brandings, ropings and rodeo arenas, which is great practice for keeping a wedding party on schedule.
I'll tell you what to do with your hands, fix your veil, round up your family for photos, and probably make a smart comment somewhere along the way. The goal? Beautiful photographs, a day you actually get to enjoy, and the good ones for Grandma.

Getting the shots is the job. Getting them without swallowing your whole day takes experience. I bring a plan, a steady head, and a lot of practice running the photography side of a wedding, so you can actually be present at yours.
Before the wedding, we map the photo side of your day around the light, travel between locations, and the moments you don't want rushed. I work alongside your planner or coordinator, not around them.
We build your family list together ahead of time. On the day, I call each group, keep things moving, and make sure nobody important gets missed — Grandma included.
Most people don't know what to do with their hands. I'll tell you, right down to your fingertips. Then I step back and catch what nobody could stage.
Wind, heat, a late start, a horse with opinions. I've worked rodeo arenas and working ranches; I adjust and keep going without making it your problem.
